SHIPPING

Any orders placed  will be processed and shipped the same day or the next working day. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch.
We endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Please allow delays during sale periods and holidays.

When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

We ship from our warehouse in Rome, Italy. Our prices include 22% VAT for products delivered within Europe. For any delivery destinations outside of Europe, you will not be charged this 22% VAT, however, you will be responsible for paying Customs/Duty and Import taxes to receive your order. It’s important to contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of these costs before placing your order. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay of delivery of your order.

RETURNS

You may return items sold by dorso.com within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, on the condition that the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the same condition that it was received and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you and the refund will not be made.

In the case of items received incorrectly or received in damaged or faulty condition, you will need to notify as soon as possible. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered and we will arrange for return of the faulty item.

To return any item(s) from your order, e-mail us at service@dorso.com with your order number and/or receipt or proof of purchase and reference of the item(s) you would like to return. Our team will be in touch to provide the return method. Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed. Once item(s) have passed inspection, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.

Customs and duties costs, as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded.

Refunds are only permitted for full price items, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
